Description

Old specimen of gorgeous radial aggregates of deep blue shattuckite with silky reflexes with minor plancheite, on light blue chrysocolla, that are clearly pseudomorphs after shattuckite. Some aggregates are fractured but the cracks are filled by crystallized malachite and black heterogenite.

Collected before 1968 by Martíal Borzee, a Belgian colonist to Congo. Ex. Martíal Borzee specimen.
