Description

From the type locality, this is a block of weathered pinkish granite rock partially covered by canary yellow patches of crystallized autunite. It shows strong fluorescence under UV illumination.

The sample was acquired in 1971 by René Virlet in the Saint-Marie-Aux-Mines Show.
