Description

A thin crust of lustrous dark green-blueish copper phosphate pseudomalachite on copper carbonate malachite. This is a small but classic and scarce old-material from the M’sesa Mine. The sides ad slightly polished.

Found before 1960, the specimen is from the stock of Robert Verdoodt, who was working in the laboratories of Union Minière du Haut-Katanga and evacuated to Belgium in 1960.
