Description

This is an uncommon pseudomorph of chrysocolla after malachite after azurite. The surface is completely encrusted by acicular chrysocolla after malachite, while the big crystals at the centre are malachite after azurite, and reach 45mm. Most specimens from this locality are hollow or the cores are completely replaced by chrysocolla.
