Description

Botryoidal mass of bicoloured blue-green chrysocolla partially replacing a very rich aggregate of octahedral cuprite crystals, on a mass of heavy block cuprite. Cuprites from M’sesa are uncommon in collections.

Specimen #48 from the collection of Eudore Toussaint, a Belgian Chemical Engineer in the D.R.Congo from 1948 to 1971.

It comes with the original old wood socle from the collection.
