Description

This is an old specimen of “Olivine”, a dunitic enclave composed of granular green-coloured fayalite-forsterite crystals, and is from the Classic deposit at the Puy-de-Dôme. It has attached old number on it.

Ex. René Virlet specimen. According to the associated label Mr. Virlet obtained it from the University of Liege, via Mr. Delferrière.
