Description

A very good aggregate of light blue plancheite with acicular crystals from Kamoya. The botryoidal structure presents an intense blue colour of velvety surface, and cover partially also the rear size. Interestingly the plancheite crystals grew as a pseudomorph after rhombic crystals of probably calcite.

Old, classic and almost impossible to find specimen, if not such as this, form recycled collections.

Collected before 1968 by Martíal Borzee, a Belgian colonist to Congo. Ex. Martíal Borzee specimen.
