Description

A large, old classic, ivory-coloured hydroxylapatite crystal with good lustre associated to black hornblende crystals. It is terminated with contacts at the top but not broken. These old hydroxylapatites are very rare in collection cause Oksøyekollen is a Super Classic European locality, and they were mostly extracted at the end of the XIX Century.

Ex. Tom Hermes specimen, #2369, with the label glued on an old number written on the specimen.
