Description

A self-collected floater “pineapple”, typical interpenetrated aggregate of prismatic pseudohexagonal twined aragonite crystals. Some of these specimens (from this and other localities) have been treated with acids to enhance the lustre but this shows natural lustre and are partially covered by a thin layer of calcite. Free of damage, with just a small contact.
