Description

Here is a nice surprise of  a self-collected specimen from a recent trip to Morocco. Pink foliated masses of magnesiochromite and chromian clinochlore, with minor stichtite, filling up fractures in a strongly metamorphosed green-black serpentinite rock. As far as I know this chromian clinochlore (former “kammererite”) is here recognized for the first time in Morocco. It has been analyzed by SEM-EDS and XRD, and the analyses will be provided with the specimen.
