Description

Self-collected opal at a very uncommon locality, Valdemoro (Madrid) from the continental paleolake deposits of the Lower Miocene. Under long wave UV illumination this opal displays a strong green fluorescence, as shown in the first pictures. Nice!.

Found in 2002.
