From my own collection, an undamaged, rare spherical aggregate of marcasite from the Reocín Mine, a Classic European locality. When I was a child (~1985-86) I get this specimen from “Goyo”, a friend of my father that was working reappearing mining equipment’s. He gave me also that day an old “Bellota” geologist's hammer, my first hammer, that I still keep. “Goyo” told me that this marcasite was found deep in the mine…
