Description

Very long, bluish-grey fibrous crystals of chrysotile from the Shabani Mine (Zimbabwe). Found before 1960, the specimen is from the stock of Robert Verdoodt, who was working in the laboratories of Union Minière du Haut-Katanga and evacuated to Belgium in 1960.
