Description

Grey coloured crystals of meionite with good lustre for the species. The main crystal is terminated, damage-free, and well exposed on a matrix of white calcite and black pargasite crystals. This is indeed from the area of the type locality for pargasite. It was collected on June 15th/1975 by Manfred Fabig, and it has been in his collection with the number 1845.
