Description

A group of interpenetrated crystals of montebrasite, cut and polished as a cabouchon. I collected the raw specimen in a mineralogical tryp in 1992 at the Tita Mine in Golpejas. The colour is slightly blue due to Cu impregnations, and there is a net elongated crack filled by brown iron oxides and dark green reichenbachite.
