Description

Transparent euhedral crystal of natrolite, with a sugary coating of an identified white mineral, which could be heulantite or a second generation of natrolite. The crystal is a textbook orthorhombic prism {110}, modified by {111} and less developed {11-1}. It is complete, a floater, doubly-ended, with a contacted end but not damage. It has just a small chipping in the prism (last picture).

Ex. Gerard Vogel (NL) specimen, who bought it in 1982.
