Kallenhardt, Rüthen, Arnsberg, North Rhine - Westphalia, Germany

Crystal Group/Cluster
Size Range:
Small cabinet (7-10 cm)
Size:
8.4 × 7 × 4.2 cm
Weight:
204.00gr
Description

Specimen of intergrown milky quartz crystals, mostly doubly terminated, covered by a crust of iron oxides. Decent “Suttrop quartz” specimen form this old German locality. Some cleaning would remove some oxides, but it would lose its character, so I prefer to leave it as it is.

Collected in the early 1980’s by Walter De Keersmaecker.
