Description

Excellent size specimen of a hydrothermal breccia composed of angular quartzite blocks cemented by native copper and dozens of superb lustrous, well-formed brown siderite crystals. Samples of siderite associated with native copper from Arizona are scarce and not well represented in collections.

This one was cut at one side, by Dr Gerard Vogel, who bought it at the Tucson Show in 1984.
