Description

Fibrous straw-yellow coloured ferrimolybdite crystals forming lustrous carpets on quartz or well-formed radial aggregates in the cavities. The yellow fibrous ferrimolybdite is accented by numerous hexagonal, molybdenite plates of silver-metallic lustre.

Acquired in the late 1970´s, it is an Ex Ludo Van Goethem.
