Description

An aesthetic group of translucent apophyllite cubes (up to 1.0cm on an edge). This form of the crystals is unusual and rarely seen from Co. Antrim. Even more rarely in this quality. When cubes do crop up they have obvious truncated corners. These cubes are no exception however the truncations are so slight they require magnification to be clearly observed.
There are also sharp transparent\translucent analcime crystals up to 0.8cm across.
