We accept return if you are not satisfied with your purchase or a specimen is broken during transport. After you received the specimen you have 14 days to make a decision, then please inform us by an e-mail and we will arrange the refund.

When an auction is closed, you will received an invoice with a value of the specimen. Payments has to be made within 7 days after auction is closed. If you have not finished shopping on our account, please let us know how long you wish to keep your shopping cart open. Inform us by an e-mail that you are still bidding or for any reason your payment is going to be delayed.
