QUESTIONS/CONTACTS/REPLY: Seller will generally respond within 24hrs to questions and purchase requests, via the greek miners contact and invoice system.

If you contact directly via email this will be the same

TRANSACTIONS: All transactions must be currency requested in the invoice.

Preferred payment is via PayPal, this is accessed securely and automatically through the invoice.

BUYER COVERAGE: Transactions are between Buyers and Sellers on GREEK MINERS using PayPal are covered by PayPal's Buyer/Seller Protection - 

SHIPPING: Please refer to shipping costs quoted on individual items and shipping policy section on the item page. All shipping costs subject to prevailing local postage rates, which might change.

CUSTOMERS INFORMATION: Once the Seller receives your payment the specimen(s) will be packed and sent them within reasonable time of a maximum of 3 days

RETURNS: If you receive anything you do not like you have a 7-day approval and right to return a specimen(s).

Please notify the Seller immediately (but within the 7 days) and send it back if  there is any problem acording our product.

NOTICE:If you choose to return a product within 7 days you must be very careful with the packaging because in case of damaged or broken item you will NOT be refunded
