Description

Taouz is well known for vanadinite crystals pretty well contrasting on manganomelane or goethite matrix. This is the first specimen from there that i handled in 30 years that features lustrous acicular and well developed pyrolusite crystals on a matrix of botryoidal manganese oxides with a topping of small orange-red vanadinite crystals covering a limonite/goethite matrix. The pictures could be a bit better, but this specimen refused to get decently photographed.
