Description

Palatina classic: an very nice example of tan whiteish pectolite as radial aggregates with nicely developed crystal faces at the surface. The blackish spots are julgoldite. Found in January 1979 by Prof. W. Hofmeister in the Wolfsmühle quarry, material from there is much more rare than from Rauschermühle which may be the best known locality for this type of mineralization in Germany.
