Description

Rarely seen recently: Aouli was famous for years now to have yielded nice reddish stained quartz crystals called Eisenkiesel. This sample has reddish quartz (due to a thin layer of iron oxides) overgrown by cream whitish sheets of baryte. A nice example of this rarer paragenesis.
