Description

A modern classic from the former Faraday Uranium Mine, found between 1957 and 1964, when mining ended (it was resumed later as Madawaska mine and finally closed 1982: lavender coloured masses of crystalline anhydrite host greenish-black hornblende crystal fragments. Not often seen!
