Description

Interesting Erzgebirge old timer with brownish crystals of scheelite on quartz accompanied by mica which i consider to be zinnwaldite. Comes from a Zinnwald / Altenberg suite of an old german collection (> 100 years old) but has no own label with it.

Paragenesis is quite typical for the Zinnwald occurrence (but it is not ruled out that the specimen comes from the nowadays czech side (Cinovec) of the deposit).
