Description

A very interesting and rare old timer specimen of good quality from this classic locality: A rich coverage of greyish-whitish to colourless small but well developed cubic crystals of the 'semi-organic' SiO2 mineral melanophlogite on limestone matrix is accompanied by some native sulphur. Unfortunately no old label.

An extremely rare mineral and a classic European locality. Really hard-to-get classic from Sicily
