Description

This one is a nice classic from one of the most famous early mineral dealers of America.

The label dates from 1900 to 1904 (Paris office label). Interesting (one side) polished specimen with greenish variscite in phosphate(wardite/crandallite?).
matrix.

The specimen is labeled originating from Tooele Cty, Utah, but most probably from Fairfield, Utah. Another similar specimen I acquired (from George L. English) is labeled as Clay Canyon, Utah Cty.
