Description

Very old emerald on schist matrix. It's semi-gemmy with lighter green colour.

It origins in collection of Duke of Mantua and Montserrat (there is an article about thie collection on the Minrec website). The specimen was mined prior 1850's!

Old Russian material is very seldom seen on the market.

Siberia = based on label is to be Tokovaya river area
