Description

Beautiful highly lustrous deep to light orange and ruby red crystals of the hessonite cover one part the matrix. The hessonite crystals are mostly gemmy to translucent, and are sharply. The garnet are gemmy, measuring to 4 mm. The hessonite is associated with light green book-like crystals of clinochlore. A great specimen from this classic area in Italy with super bright sparkling lustre.
