RESPONSE TIME: Seller will generally respond within 48hrs to questions and purchase requests, via the e-Rocks contact and invoice system.

PAYMENTS: All transactions must be currency requested in the invoice.

Preferred payment is via PayPal, this is accessed securely and automatically through the invoice.

Payments might also be accepted offline or via interbank electronic transfer (IBAN), the Seller will supply details if that is your preference.

BUYER PROTECTION: Transactions are between Buyers and Sellers on e-Rocks using PayPal are covered by PayPal's Buyer/Seller Protection - subject to their Terms & Conditions. 

Under PayPal's terms, any Seller reserves the right to use the Buyer's PayPal registered address only as delivery address. Please check with Seller before buying if you wish to have an item shipped to another address.

SHIPPING: Please refer to shipping costs quoted on individual items and shipping policy section on the item page. All shipping costs subject to prevailing local postage rates, which might change.

Sellers reserve the right to change these rates should underlying costs change.

Shipping costs will economise when 2 or more specimens are purchased together.

Sellers will always quote and charge actual costs. Insurance, Recorded Delivery or alternative Carrier can be provided at cost to purchaser.
