Description

Ehrenfriedersdorf, Erzgebirge, Saxony, Germany

Combination
Size Range:
Miniature (4.5-7 cm)
Size:
5.7 × 3.6 × 2.7 cm
Description

Specimen - especially Fluorite and Apatite - from Ehrenfriedersdorf are among the most relevant, most wanted classics from Germany. Already Fluorite crystals around 5 to 10mm are exceptional - but here we have a complete crystal, which is 30mm across! This is fantastic! It consists of uncountable tiny steps - all of them sharp and even lustrous. This out-standing crystal is perched on water-clear, thin Quartz crystals. The Fluorite has a very glassy character and it shows a touch of pink color. And twice - the Fluorite crystal is well developed all around! No significant damages to report.
