Description

No other locality world-wide ever produced such fine Descloizite specimen like Berg Aukas. It is one of the most famous classic localities - mining started in 1913 and since the production stopped in 1978 good specimens became more and more rare and hard to obtain. And this particular specimen stands out in all parameters. The crystal size is phenomenal - the largest completely exposed crystal at the top is up to 38mm on edges. All faces show a wonderful texture, each face and each edge is razor sharp terminated and shows the very best luster you can imagine. The edges are framed with tiny sparkling, red-brwn dolomite crystals, which give a great visual impact to the piece! The assemble with a group of exposed, huge main crystals at the top is very aesthetic in several positions. No significant damages to report and also back-side is complete.
