Crystals on Matrix
Size Range:
Small miniature (3-4.5 cm)

1.3 × 3.1 × 1.1 cm
Description

Of course you cannot compare this material with specimen from Asia or Canada, but still - Werfen is the most relevant locality for lazulite in entire Europe - so it shoudl be high ranked for the rare locality. It is just a small area and most material came already decades ago - so even just a small sample is more or less impossible to find. !
