Description

Tourmalines from Stak Nala are not rare at all - they come in hundreds. And they always look very similar - black center, green and partly blue zonings below end-points - like the particular piece. There are two different steps of green, also a razor sharp colorless zoning and - you can´t see on the photos - a micro thin blue zoning directyl at the end-points. The end-points are pyramidal and sharp terminated. All faces show a very good luster. But still - a Tourmaline with this description would be a common thing from Stak Nala. The reason why this piece caught my attention is the crazy assemble! This is not a row, with one crystal next to the other - the piece is formed like a cylinder of a revolver, and each crystal is separated from each other with highly lustrous, snowy white Cleavelandite. When you see it in person you can appreciate this assemble much more. In excellent condition and in perfect quality!
