Description

The only compare able quality of Vivianite in entire Europe came from Trepca - and crystal size was not larger than 2,5 to 3cm. From Romania I had seen some samples from Herja and Nistru Baita - tiny opac stuff. I drop over the floor when I saw this new material; it is simply incredible. The dimension, the quality, the luster and this fantastic color! This material is even better than their cousins from Bolivia - the most remarkable and most surprising discovery in Europe since decades, probably the most relevant of a century. Most specimen were only single crystals - this one with matrix is really exceptional. This is really unique stuff, the discovery; the locality is already finished. This stuff will be one of the great future classics. And next to all mineralogical parameters - it for sure a very eye-catching, colorful piece!
