Description

A rare sample from a recent discovery in the North slope of Weisseck Mt., it consists of intergrown, sharp and highly lustrous fluorite crystals. They show a dark purple center and a thin colorless sharp zoning along all edges. On it you can see several yellow-beige calcite scalenohedrons. The specimen is edveloped as floater. Lustrous fluorites are a great exception for the whole area, causedd by geological circumstances nearly all material is etched - this pocket is the only discovery that produced fluorite in this amazing quality.
