9.3 × 5.3 × 3.3 cm
Description

Usually alpine titanites came from salzburg county, this one is from Tyrol - this is the first uncommon indicator. At second - look at the color. While most alpine crystals show green tones, the material from this locality shows intense red-brown color. This material was discovered in only one cleft, color and locality represent a great rarity. The main crystal is highly lustrous, razor sharp and shows amazing color - it is 19mm across. During the cleaning process the titanite became loosen and was stabilized carefully. One last uncommon indicator is the combination with this sharp, glossy and snowy white adularia. Only a fist full of specimen show this combination. Although it is stabilized, this one should be high ranked for outstanding quality and this rare combination with adularia.
