Floater

Description Tabs

Description
Locality:
Urucum Mine, Galileia, Minas Gerais, Brazil
Class:
Single Crystal
Size Range:
Small miniature (3-4.5 cm)
Size:
4.4 × 4.1 × 3.7 cm
Description

The specimen is developed as floater. The end point looks like a crown, the sides show also a very attractive texture - overall a wonderful etched piece with highly lustrous faces. The specimen is nearly flawless, transparency is excellent. Pieces from Ururcum are rare, discoveries are decades ago - so I rank this one high for quality, for texture and for the locality! The color is light pink and beautiful. Undamaged and very attractive in various positions. Hard to show luster and clarity in combination with color and tri-dimensional assemble, really much better in person!
