Epidote

Description Tabs

Description
Locality:
Tormiq, Haramosh Mountains, Skardu, Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan
Class:
Crystal Group/Cluster
Size Range:
Miniature (4.5-7 cm)
Size:
5.7 × 4.9 × 4.7 cm
Description

A very tri-dimensional cluster, developed as floater, from recent discoveries in Pakistan. Epidote developed elongated sprays of highly lustrous crystals - all of them are end-pointed. I bought the whole find and kept one of the best for this New Year auction - dimension is impressive, quality is the best and the contrast with snowy white albite crystals is very eye-catching, too. Looks great 360°, no significant damages to report.
