Description

It needs a careful description of this really amazing piece: it consists of two parallel inter grown crystals, both with sharp terminated, pyramidal end-points. These double tips are better visible in person - end point looks like a V. Then the faces - they etched but highly lustrous - I would compare the texture with Heliodor from Volodarsk. It is absolutely amazing, uncountable faces, which look like melted ice! Then the color - like very intense colored Aquamarine, a wonderful sky-blue and along the end-points the color turns to more greenish tones. The translucency is as good as it ever could be - like cut glass without any internal cracks. And you will never be able to decide which angle is the front-display - the end points give a completely different impact to the pice in each position and the etched faces show fantastic and so many different details in each angle. Undamaged, even bottom is healed!
