Description

Famous stuff from this historic classic locality. Many times this material is wrong labeled as "10 000" Ritter mine, but the correct locality is Bergmännisch Glück Mine. Sharp terminated, glossy yet-black fluorite crystals (up to 12mm on edges) are scattered all over the light beige matrix. The crystals show the very best quality for this discovery. Most specimen are more dull, less aesthetic or without matrix (just clusters of intergrown crystals). This specimen stands out the crowd: contarst, lustrous faces and even in good condition damage-wise. So far I never saw a completely undamaged piece, but on this particular specimen there are no significant damages to report and the most prominent crystals are all fine. The specimen is out of the probably best fluorite collection world-wide - from Robert Brandstetter (who is the author of Extra-Lapis No 35 about fluorite). The specimen will come with his personal hand-written label.
