Description

Several sharp terminated, partly glossy pale green fluorite crystals attachted to light beige matrix. Please note that this is a completely different locality than the famous summit cleft at peak elevation. The summit cleft is on 2650meters altitude in the South slope oft he mountain, Rieding lake is at 2100 meters altitude in the North slope oft he mountain – material from summit cleft is dark violet and crystals show stepped edges, fluorites from Rieding lake are  pale green and sharp cubes. The area is a nature park, rangers are restrictive and field collecting is absolutely prohibited, this material was found in the 70ties and 80ties. No significant damages to report.
