Description

There are two important Aquamarine localities in Pakistan: Nagar and Shigar. Nagar shows more brownish and larger Muscovite, Nagar smaller, more sharp and steel-grey Muscovite – in my evaluation much more beautiful. Also Aquamarine from Shigar is better than from Nagar – they are more gemmy, they show better color and their habit is more elongated. The group of Aquamarines is 122mm tall, the main crystal is 34mm in diameter. All crystals are razor-sharp terminated and the end-points show sharp triangular modifications at their corners. Also they are all very gemmy, partly water-clear. Each crystal is end-pointed – even the small side crystals. The color is very good – my photos show them very natural, photographed under daylight. Overall - all indicators like clarity, luster and color are much over average!  And the assemble is very aesthetic and the dimension would make it a center piece in each cabinet.
