Description Tabs

Description
Locality:
Cap Blanc-Nez, Pas-de-Calais, Hauts-de-France, France
Class:
Crystal Group/Cluster
Size Range:
Small miniature (3-4.5 cm)
Size:
3.5 × 3.2 × 3.1 cm
Description

The specimen is formed like a sphere, a complete floater of well shaped crystals with partly iridiscent layer. Much more tri-dimensional in person. The locality is quite uncommon and it is very diffcult to dig there. Specimens have been found on the beach at low tide. You would not be the first trapped by the fast upcoming water. With the vertical cliffs behind the beach, there is no way out. Rare and classic material from France. No significant damages to report.
