Description

The form of the specimen is caused by calcite crystals which are completely covered by royal blue micros crystals of azurite! The calcite underneath the azurite is completely dissolved. Also the backside is also covered by azurite, only on one side you can see the material below, where it seemed to be extracted from the rock. Material from the locality is generally rare and hard to obatin, this one is even more special caused by te replacement of calcite. No significant damages to report.
