Description

This is one of the famous "Alien fluorite" specimens. It shows this crazy phantom in the center, which makes this material unique in the world - only this one cleft produced this stuff - and it´s empty. Meanwhile these specimen are ranked higher than even alpine pink octahedrons - rightly as they are more rare! But also this 46 meters deep cleft produced different steps of quality: most need really strong backlight, some moderately backlight and only a low number of pieces has really good translucency - this particular specimen belongs to the last category: you can see the "eye" even when it is lying in a box. As all specimen from this find also this one was on quartz at the backside. The main crystal is 31mm on edges. This is already a good size and the assemble of the specimen is very aesthetic. This piece represents one of the most rare, most appreciate fluorite discoveries ever done in history! Prices for this material on the common-market are just crazy. No significant damages to report.
