From a small find in Tyrolean Alps. The locality is really important - usually most good alpine titanite are from a completely different area - Pinzgau in Salzburg Co. Titanite from Tyrol in this color and quality, but also generally is really very rare. The crystals show cognac-like color, they are highly lustrous, sharp terminated and of very good clarity. Should be high ranked for the uncommon color and the rare locality. No significant damages to report, backside was sawed.
