Killa Saifullah District, Baluchistan, Pakistan
Class:
Single Crystal
Size Range:
Thumbnail (1-3cm)
Size:
2.1 × 2 × 1 cm
Description

A specimen from a recent discovery at the locality. Brucite is generally rare and for the second time it was now found in Pakistan. The first discovery at the same locality was already remarkable, but this new find is outstanding - teh color is much better than from the old find. It is really bright, intense yellow! The faces are all highly lustrous. Many specimen show contacts, but not so here - the specimen fromed a complete, perfect hemisphere. This material came on the market at the last Tucson show and even small, but perfect specimen like the particular one were sold for hundreds of dollars. But again we start with only 10 euro start-bid.
